I would like to extend not only my thanks, but more importantly I think, my congratulations to all of you. I visited you on Saturday for a 12.40 appointment.
On your survey, I could only put 5 stars for everything, which for me is unheard of. But what could I fault? Nothing. You were all charming, professional and genuinely a pleasure to have look after me. I really haven’t got anything I can fault, which is why I also went into the NHS website, and left this review:

Today is Tuesday, and with the exception of very minor discomfort first thing in the morning when I get out of bed (I mean *really* minor), I’ve had no pain, no bleeding and not even had to take pain killers, let alone use the cold-packs I’d prepared.
My Dad, who accompanied me, had assumed by the way I’d been treated and by the way I came out afterwards, that your facility and my treatment had been at my expense and was a privately funded op. He was stunned to learn that it was even possible to get such a level of treatment on an NHS-funded procedure. Of course no NHS facility or clinic would be as slick as yours, but long may Marie Stopes continue to offer it as an option to other men in Surrey. I’m just so glad I discovered it amidst my extensive research.
Anyway, well done all of you. Please be proud of the way you do what you do, and know that because of it, people like me become your biggest fans.

Everyone I met or spoke to on the phone were super professional and friendly. The surgery was really quick and only hurt slightly, nothing too troubling.
